Mr. Tribhuvan, a Graduate in Political Science, was born and brought up in a village in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh, in a financially disadvantaged family. Growing up in a modest background, he experienced firsthand the challenges faced by people from lower-income communities, including financial hardships, limited opportunities, and social attitudes that often affected their dignity and confidence.
These experiences shaped his understanding of the financial and social challenges faced by underserved communities. With a strong desire to contribute to financial inclusion, Mr. Tribhuvan began his professional journey as a Sub-Agent, supporting the sourcing of Microfinance clients, particularly Joint Liability Groups (JLGs), for reputed financial organizations.
During his years of field experience, he gained valuable knowledge of rural communities, customer needs, microfinance operations, and grassroots financial services. He also witnessed challenges including favoritism, lack of recognition, unequal treatment, and limited appreciation of employees' contributions.
These experiences became a turning point. He decided to establish an organization built on equality, transparency, merit, respect, and opportunity, where every employee is valued for their contribution and favoritism has no place.
I am Lal Bahadur, Director of Gurutma Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. With more than 25 years of experience across diverse fields, my professional journey has been shaped by dedication, discipline, and a commitment to excellence.
I began my career as an executive and, through perseverance and teamwork, advanced to leadership roles where I successfully guided teams and achieved significant organizational targets. These experiences have strengthened my belief in logical thinking and problem-solving as the foundation of sustainable growth.
